# Futures Land

> Futures Land SIA is a strategic foresight consultancy (Riga, Latvia; registration number 40203587573) founded and led by Aliena Uhlianica. It helps leadership teams make consequential decisions under uncertainty with the Preferred Futures Method, 16 Archetypal Future Worlds, Company Digital Twins and strategy stress tests.

Key ideas: a Preferred Future is an explicitly defined intended future; the 16 Archetypal Future Worlds are a structured landscape of materially different external conditions in which strategies are tested; robust moves, preserved options, signals and decision triggers keep strategy adaptive as conditions change.
